The Deaf in Ethiopia are some of the most marginalised individuals in the country. People often view deafness as a sign of a curse, punishment for their parent's sins, or a mental disability.
In this series, we engage directly with the Deaf community in Bahir Dar and Addis Ababa to uncover the most important issues affecting their community.
